Frozen: Storybook Deluxe - Now with Frozen Fever! App Reviews

I got this app for my kids and It will not open at all, I I tried to contact someone to get help and know one responded know one helped now i have this app that I paid for and cant open.

Its okay but I wish there was more then just a book,drawing,and puzzles.its okay when you first try its okay but when you have tried everything its boring.

It wont open. Crashes after splash screen display. Waste of money.

wish I could use it but crashes within 30 seconds of opening.

This app will not load on any of my devices. I downloaded it for my two girls. They et excited to see this and all it does is crash before it even gets to a menu. I has also noted that this app hasnt been updated since May which means it will more than likely never be fixed. Read your reviews and do something about this already. For an app that crashes:

Its hit or miss if the pages will flip with a touch. It is very frustrating for my 2 year old!

I love this app! It hardly has any bugs with it! But can you make an update for this app? Like add more activities like a dress-up game or make your own Frozen story theater! Can you also add in more info on the story like what happened to Anna and Elsas parents and what slowed down Anna and Kristoff on their journey and why Prince Hans went off to search for Princess Anna and also show what the Duke of Weselton do. Then it would be a more explainable story, this is just an idea, on the other hand it is a nice game. Now I would like you to add more things in an update pls.

Initially this was a super cute app, but after only a week after downloading it the sound has now stopped working

My little cousin is in love with this game make more frozen game please she loves it and she loves my little pony and she even likes frozen way better❄️⛄️

You should let iPods (4 & 3) download this app. Because I payed good money on that. If you do not i will never buy games from disney. Also add more stuff to, add coloring pages of Elsa , Anna ,OLAF and the other people from the movie. So please do this for my child.

Crap doesnt have any sound on my iPad mini

The app used to work fine but now its impossible to move to the next screen!

My three year old does love this app but only because she loves Frozen. Was a little disappointed that this game only offers three different activities. Overall the pictures are beautiful but please add more!

Looks great, but we are disappointed there is no sound. I have checked the settings and they are right. Any suggestions?

I read "read and watch" Frozen Fever to mean that wed be able to watch the new short film...but thats not included. My 5 year old loves the puzzles and he and his 4 year old sister enjoy the narrated books. Great art & when I figure out the other options Im sure theyll love it even more. Disappointed theres no video...or even the song included for the $7.99, but will be keeping this on the iPad for plane rides, etc.

This does not include the short film of Frozen Fever...only the audio book with pictures. Very disappointing and still trying to figure out how $7.99 is justified for this. Would not recommend it. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying.

Personally I feel like this app was a little to high on the price for what it is. I bought it for my 3 year old because she kept bugging me about it. Its cute but a little to high on the price .

Where is the narration button???? No sound???

Whenever I open the app up, it crashes! I havent even got the chance to make a story yet. Please fix this ASAP.
