Frozen: Storybook Deluxe - Now with Frozen Fever! App Reviews

Normally I dont write reviews. But this is an exception because I am getting frustrated. Unlike other people my sound works. But Id almost rather my sound didnt work then have it crash. Repetitively. Over and over again. I get one page into the story and it crashes. I tried again. The same thing happened. The puzzles and drawings all crash too. I am speaking to you from a kids perspective. PLEASE fix this! I absolutely LOVED Frozen, and I was over the moon about this app only to discover it didnt work. Im giving it two stars because the first page of the storybook is amazing, and if the bugs are fixed this will definitely be a five star app.

I do not see any way to I turn on/off the automatic narration? App does not work. Wait for the fix do not buy!

I like all the drawing , snow globes , and puzzles, but the flipping I hate! I want to flip to Elsas side but it wont let me!! ☹

Extremely disappointed. This app doesnt work. There is no sound and its not an issue with my iPad because other apps have no problem with sound. Cant believe I wasted $7 on this

App did not launch at all on an iPhone 4 running iOS 7 until the 4th or 5th attempt (after rebooting the phone). Save your money and do not buy until Disney irons out the stability problems with this app.

This is such a great app! It works great on my iPad mini. I cant believe that there are a lot of bad reviews on such a great app!

So frustrating my daughter purchased this app with her money only to find out it is not compatible with her 4th gen itouch. Why would it even be an option in her app sore?

Dont buy... not worth the overpriced price. Storybook kicks off every time you try to turn the page. Snow globe doesnt work.... puzzles cute but not worth $7.00.

Sound works on my iPad but doesnt work on this app. Narration says saved but doesnt play. Ideas?

This app is so beautiful and lots of fun and how fun sounds (not annoying). There are plenty of games and puzzles etc. The rotate feature is not working on mine but even without that, my 5 year old daughter and I love it. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. Im not sure why people are having problems with it working. Its really too bad. I came here to find a solution for the rotating issue we are having and I can see now that for some people it DOES work. I will keep trying but please fix whatever bugs this app has. We look forward to an update.

Paid $6.99 for this and it does nothing but freeze and crash! Not only am I out this money, but I have a very upset 4 year old! please fix this major issue!

This is a wonderful app. The graphics in the story are beautiful and the games/puzzles are great. I suppose some of these people who cant download the app have a 1st generation iPad. READ the fine print people before downloading! Your machine is too old.

Just downloaded this for my daughter with her iTunes card from Santa and it will not work. Would like a credit or refund immediately!

I am using this on a 1st gen iPad mini and it doesnt even work. It wont even load. Just crashes. Please fix as everyone has paid $6.99 for something that doesnt even work.

My 6year old grandson loves this app. However we are frustrated by the narration seldom working at the beginning of the story.
